Delivery areas and charges

We deliver to supported UK postal addresses.

• Below 2kg combined shipping weight: £4.99.
• From 2kg to 25kg combined shipping weight: £17.99.

Shipping weight includes product packaging. Available delivery services and the total charge are shown before payment.

For orders above 25kg, PO Boxes or BFPO addresses, contact us before ordering. We do not currently offer international delivery, express delivery or customer collection.

Estimated delivery times

Allow an estimated 3–7 working days from order acceptance, or 5–9 working days during October–December. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Dispatch

Our fulfilment supplier sends goods directly to you. Your order may arrive in separate parcels. Goodstead remains responsible for your purchase and for resolving delivery problems.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible once processing has begun.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

Email goodstead.support@gmail.com with your order reference and details of the problem. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
