Changing your mind

You can cancel your online purchase without giving a reason. Tell us within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, this period starts after the last item arrives.

After notifying us, send the goods back within a further 14 days.

To cancel, email goodstead.support@gmail.com or write to the address below. Please include your name, order reference and the items concerned. You do not need our approval to exercise your cancellation rights.

This is a postal returns address, not a customer collection point. Please do not send returns directly to our supplier unless we have arranged this with you.

Pack goods securely, include your order reference and keep proof of postage. Use the original packaging where practical.

You pay return postage when you change your mind. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

For a cancellation of your whole order, we refund the goods and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional premium delivery charge is not refundable.

We issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first.

Refunds go to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct a reasonable amount for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Email goodstead.support@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the problem. Photographs can help, but are not a condition of your statutory rights.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy under your consumer rights and cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Please contact us to arrange the return.

Your contract is with Goodstead. Our supplier’s policies do not restrict your rights against us. Sale items retain the same statutory rights as full-price items.
